Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault. When your order arrives, please check it is what you ordered before you fit or use it.
Using our products
A magnetic mesh screen, string curtain or chain curtain door is for insect control. It is not a security door, and it is not a safety barrier for children or pets. Measure your doorway before choosing a size, and follow the fitting instructions supplied with the product.
Electrical products, such as the bug zapper racket and the table fly fan, must be used and charged as their instructions describe. Keep them away from water and out of reach of children when not in use.
