Where we deliver

We deliver right across Canada, including Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Quebec City, Hamilton, Halifax, Kitchener, London, Victoria, Saskatoon, Regina.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Below that, a flat $25 delivery charge applies. Free delivery is based on your goods total after any discount code. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

EXPRESS SHIPPING is an option you can pick in your cart. It costs a flat $25 for the whole order, and that charge applies even when your order already qualifies for free delivery.

We do not publish a separate, faster delivery estimate for EXPRESS SHIPPING: the timing below applies to every order. If you need an order by a particular date, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

How long it takes

Delivery takes 5 to 7 days after 24 to 48 hours of processing. In other words, we handle and pack your order within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery across Canada then takes 5 to 7 days. Delivery time varies by location.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We only receive the tracking code once the parcel has been sent, so there is nothing to send you before then. You can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate packages

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages and may arrive on different days. If part of your order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.

If your order does not arrive

Tell us straight away at theteam@flyscreendoor.shop with your order number and we will sort it out. How we handle orders that go missing or arrive damaged is set out on our Refunds & Returns page.
